  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Property Access

  • This home is accessed by a paved road. Roads will be plowed with 3" or more of snow after a storm. Guests should come prepared for any weather conditions.
  • There is one exterior security camera overlooking the driveway and parking area.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years. The person reserving must be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying at the property for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events or parties above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Please keep outside noise respectful.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside, as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.
  • Kitchens are stocked with utensils and a starter set of paper products (one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths). These supplies are provided for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.

Pets

  • This home allows up to 1 mature, well-trained dog (25 pounds or less) with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax.
  • Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by contacting the property manager more than a week in advance. Guests receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
  • Additional pet rent is $25.00 per pet per night plus tax for one mature, well-trained dog (25 pounds or less).

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if cancelled 30 or more days in advance.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days in advance.
  • No refund unless the property rebooks if cancelled within 14 or fewer days of arrival.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The property has a driveway and parking area monitored by an exterior security camera.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November through April have a 4WD or AWD vehicle. Chains may be required during inclement weather.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November–March). No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
